FLAIR Event Design + Planning recently produced a great B’nai Mitzvah for twins Adam and Noah who love video games. Neon colors and LED accents popped against the classic architecture of the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco. Arcades games lined the walls which left plenty of room for a fun dance party to end the evening.
Photographer was Bustle & Twine.
Party Venue and Decor
As guests arrived they were welcomed by the large marquee announcing the "One Night Only" main event
Brightly colored LED balloons were the perfect ceiling décor and added a festive atmosphere
An over-sized themed decal was placed on the dance floor and was a great blast from the past with the Pac-Man icon!
The VIP lounge for teen guests was on the 2nd floor

Special Party Details
The young guests received VIP passes for entry into the party and lounge area
Neon cocktail napkins with gaming terms on them
Guests signed over-sized letters for Noah and Adam
"A" for Adam in neon blue
Neon colored custom wrist bands

Party Signage
Signage in neon colors directed guests to fun areas set up around the venue
Pac-Man inspired graphics were on the venue screens
Noah and Adam's friends had their own place to hang out on the 2nd floor
The Frozen "Smoking" drink menu with neon straws
You need fun straws to drink fun drinks!

Party Fun
