Food on Four Wheels
Last week, NBC’s TODAY Show reported on a new trend – upscale food available via food trucks. The TODAY show report centered on a Dessert Truck that makes vanilla creme brulee and molten dark chocolate cake available in a supped up food truck. The prices are reasonable and the owner is a graduate of the French Culinary School. We don’t know about you, but our mouths are watering. Let’s hail the Dessert Truck!
