We accept individuals, families, groups, and those needing to fulfill required or community service hours. All volunteers must be scheduled in advance. No volunteer opportunities are currently offered on weekends or evenings. Volunteers must be over 13 and volunteers under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Group volunteer activities depend on the day's operational needs. Volunteers typically sort donated food to eliminate products that are no longer safe to eat, or pack food packages distributed through various Food Bank of South Jersey direct services.
