We are a full service off premise catering company and party planning service. SSC offers seasonal customized menus using local resources and purveyors to create beautifully presented food with wonderful international cuisine flavors. During this pandemic crisis, we have developed a “Back on Track Plan” with many safety features to help keep guests and staff safe while still celebrating this special moment. We create and style all menus to your personal preference and offer a distinct and creative twist that is all our own. Our Executive Chef and owner, Craig Pellis started Silver Spoon Catering 25 years ago. Craig’s catering and styling abilities enables SSC to offer authentic menus, always with a personal touch. We provide professional and courteous waitstaff and can arrange high quality rentals upon request. We cater all types of events ranging from intimate seated dinners in your home, elegant cocktail parties, luncheon and dinner buffets, full scale weddings and other life events in all locations.
