A Family’s Journey to a Travel Themed B’nai Mitzvah

Ten months after their B’nai service, Abby and Max celebrated their travel-themed B’nai Mitzvah at Camelback Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mom Teri mapped out the party details for years collecting vintage suitcases, metal airplanes and globes for centerpieces and room décor. Friends and family hung special messages for Abby and Max on a vintage map sign-in board. For dinner, guests took a culinary journey around the globe, enjoying soft pretzels from Germany and Sushi from Japan. At the end of the adventure-filled celebration, they picked up party favors from “baggage claim.”
