A Missoni Chevron Inspired Club Celebration in Boca Raton, Florida

The Mazor family of Boca Raton, Florida, celebrated their daughter Marlee’s Bat Mitzvah, with the morning service at Congregation B’nai Israel and evening celebration at Oasis Nightlife, both located in Boca Raton, Florida.

The family had a traditional Bar Mitzvah for son Justin and wanted something different for their daughter.

They decided on a club party with Missoni chevron inspired decor that was chic and sophisticated.

Pictured L-R: Dad Michael, Bat Mitzvah girl Marlee, Mom Bonnie and Brother Justin.

The photography was by Picture It Perfect and the rest of the vendor information is listed below.

For her entrance and reception, Marlee looked beautiful in a white gown with silver bodice from Group USA but enhanced by Christina of Christians Alterations. Mom Bonnie looked striking in her silver beaded floor length gown. Brother Justin and Dad Michael looked very dapper; we love their purple accents!

Marlee’s chevron sparkle cocktail dress was worn during the cocktail hour and matched perfectly with her party colors!

mazor food

The food was important to this family and caterer All in Good Taste did a fabulous job. After passed hors d’ oeuvres and sushi, they created interactive dinner stations with unique names to suit the family.  Marlee’s nickname is Moey so the Fajita station was a play on the Mexican restaurant Moe’s Southwest Grill with a sign that read, “Welcome to Moey’s!” The Asian station was labeled, “Mo Hopps of Mott Street,” after the New York Chinatown restaurant Wo Hopps.

Mazor fortune cookies

Custom fortune cookies contained messages relating to Marlee’s life.  “I Love You More Than Pasta ….Marlee”

Mazor gold living statue
Party entertainment included a living statue that greeted the guests on stilts in a gold lame outfit. There was also an LED Robot that came out to dance with the guests and was a hit! Plus, there was fog and confetti going all night long! Gold living statue entertained guests

Mazor cups

There was an interactive beignet station as the guests left and custom coffee “to go” cups made a lasting impression. Coffee cups were placed on chevron table linens and made a great last impression

Some advice from Mom Bonnie:
“For me it’s in the details. It’s the little things that make your party stand out from others. The tone was set with a customized invitation in my daughter’s Missoni theme. Customized napkins, tic tacs, throw pillows, named food stations, everything labeled, branded and customized with our logos and of course the surprises that none of our guests were expecting!”
