Jeremy's Circle is an organization that you hope you will never need. In Israel, children are at the center of the family, but when cancer strikes, the children are forced to the side for the sake of the survival of the ill family member. There are a number of organizations that serve people with cancer and their caregivers – but not their kids. Now serving over 250 families, we take children for days (to activity parks, science museums, etc.), we offer special programming for Jeremy's Circle teenagers, facilitate with our nonprofit partners free birthday parties and one-on-one mentoring, and we provide social-worker-run workshops for the parents while the children play.
