What Others Are Saying:

We are hearing nothing but praise on the venue, servers, and quantity & quality of food. "This is the first event our Head of Events has walked in to and barely needed to change a thing. She and everyone else were so relaxed not having to worry about anything throughout the event. Please thank all of your staff and the kitchen for everything.

We just had our wedding here this weekend. Lauren Pagano, our on-site coordinator was amazing. She met with us on multiple occasions to make sure everything was exactly what we were looking for before, during and after the wedding. Having managed so many events she helped us think through logistics and planning we hadn't considered. The venue handles the catering, bar and can host the ceremony all in the same space. A large and open area, the building is really versatile, including their VIP room which doubles as a place we could get ready and then would become the kids room for our nieces and nephews. Everyone raved about the food. The highlight was the fried chicken, in case you're looking for suggestions. The staff was attentive to all of our guests and made everyone feel so welcome. They staffed the event really well too. There were always plenty of bartenders, servers and waiters. And when our toasts went way too long, the kitchen was able to still serve our food hot and quickly. Thanks guys! Oh, and they didn't break the bank. I would highly recommend checking them out.

I absolutely love this place. Such a vibrant scene and the setting is fantastic. A huge beer hall that looks straight out of the 1800s. No frills - just great beers, great service and one heck of a giant pretzel. Great place to go with a group and just have fun.

I really love Houston Hall. For starters, I am almost positive this is the largest bar space in NYC as it occupies a huge warehouse downtown. Great place for a nice beer and some fantastic bar food.
