MM: How is your business unique?:
KS: We do on and off premise catering from basic to high end. Not only are we caterers, but party planners too. We will plan the event with you not only from a catering standpoint but decor, music, extra entertainment, photo and video. We are hands-on and present at every event and will hold the clients hand from start to finish. Aside from good food and service, most people talk about the way we treat our clients and help with their events as if they were our own.

Keith is sharing great advice for those of us on a budget!
“If you are on a budget here’s a question you should be asking your caterer. Whether you are having a daytime or night time party, ask about the other family, who is having their party in the same venue. Many times DJ’s and decorators have large set ups and prefer to set up early, which most caterers prefer. For a reasonable amount of money sometimes both parties can save money by sharing lighting, decor or other party details.”
