Meet Maui Wowi
Mitch York is the man behind Maui Wowi. He prides himself on customer service and a first-class product. Mitzvah Market caught up with Mitch to learn more about Maui Wowi.

MM: Describe your business.
MW: Since 2002, we have been providing gourmet smoothies for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. We set up a tiki bar and blend delicious flavors like strawberry banana, pina colada, orange mango, black raspberry, passion papaya and kiwi lemon lime. We even offer frozen cappuccino and frozen lemonade. Another option is to have us provide espresso beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes and mochas. People always tell us our caramel lattes are better than those from Starbucks!
MM: How is your business unique?
MW: Our Hawaiian-themed tiki bar and servers in Aloha shirts set us apart. We’re a great addition for parties that are not tropical-themed. We can also change the set-up and make the same great drinks without the tiki bar or Hawaiian theme. We can serve in any space or environment, indoors or out.

MM: What can people expect when they hire you for their Mitzvah?
MW: They can expect the most professional, polite and friendly service imaginable. We arrive on time, work neatly and quickly, and feel we are part of the entertainment which has to be flawless. We have done hundreds of parties over the years and all of our customers are thrilled and recommend us to others.
