New Mitzvah Organzier
The Ackerman Bar Mitzvah Family Spotlight

The Ackerman family celebrated Alex’s Bar Mitzvah on April 27, 2013 at The Jewish Center in Princeton, New Jersey.  Dinner and dancing followed that evening at the Greenacres Country Club in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.

Alex is a sports fan but this was not your typical sports themed party. Thanks to creative Mom Andi’s DIY touches and the Princeton University Band greeting guests, this party scored on every level.

Advice from Mom Andi:
“Start planning early and get organized. I created an ongoing album with photos and Websites of images of things I liked. So when I was ready to place the orders, everything from kippots to napkins, I had the numbers and Websites on hand.”
