A lucky girl named Emily celebrated her Bat Mitzvah on the 2nd night of Hanukkah which was worked into her theme. Spice bags were available for all guests during her service. They included cloves, cinnamon and orange peel.

It was truly a spectacular Bat Mitzvah party that not only looked fabulous, but was timely too as Emily has a December birthday!

Due to Connecticut fire laws, the menorahs on each table could not be lit, so an oversized menorah was placed in the middle of the dance floor and that one was lit and then extinguished to celebrate the occasion

Large bowls and vases were filled with dreidels…

The adult cocktail tables had a large pomegranate used as a “vase” with bright pink gerbera daisies and lime green moss

The kids centerpieces were oversized artificial flowers on an LED E-riser that had pink neon lights. Rock candy was in the base of their centerpiece in pale pink, hot pink and lime green

The colors of fushia and lime green were used throughout the decor

The adult centerpieces were a floral base with a sandblasted manzanita branch coming out of the flowers. A silver menorah with tie dye candles were at the very top of the branch

If your child has a Bar or Bat Mitzvah date in December, these are great ways to incorporate the holiday into your celebration.

Thank you to Confetti Events for sharing this Bat Mitzvah with Mitzvah Market!
