More and more, Mitzvah Moms turn to Etsy.com “shops” for unique special touches for their child’s Bar Bat Mitzvah celebrations.
Whether you are looking for unique clothing or accessories, decor, invitations, custom food and more, Etsy has become a go-to destination for out-of-the-ordinary products.
Here are some past Mitzvah Family Spotlight stories and creative ways our Mitzvah Moms have used Etsy for their Bar Bat Mitzvah celebrations:
Emma is wearing an additional three-tiered removable over-skirt that Mom Hollee had custom-made by a designer she found on Etsy. To read more about the Becker Bat Mitzvah, click here
The Glaser family lived in Japan when daughter Leah celebrated her Bat Mitzvah. As a special gift, Leah received custom-made silver tallit clips with a sakura flower (cherry blossom) that was the symbol of the ward they lived in while in Japan. They were created by the Etsy shop, KanoaPureSilver. To read more about this Bat Mitzvah, click here
For the Ticktin Bar Mitzvah, this family used the Bar Mitzvah boy’s personal collection of bobbleheads on the cocktail tables with large basketball confetti that was found on Etsy.com. To see more of this celebration, click here
