Many of our readers were hit hard this past weekend with bad storms. We heard of at least 2 Mitzvah venues that had to cancel at the last minute.

Are you prepared? How would you reach your guests in an emergency?

After the December 19, 2009 blizzard, we wrote a story called, Bari’s Bat Mitzvah Blizzard. Mitzvah kid Max wrote in with a terrific idea! We wrote about it here.

He suggested that your party R.S.V.P. card should include a place for your guests to provide an email address and cell phone #. This way if you need to contact your guests with any last minute changes, you can reach everyone. We thought it was worth repeating!

As you can see, it includes a place for email addresses so if guests need to be reached, this family is ready!
