At our Celebrate! Party Showcase on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at the Hyatt Grand Regency in Greenwich, Connecticut and on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at the Long Island Marriott in Uniondale, New York we featured something new!
Our Mitzvah Project Fair had a variety of organizations who offer meaningful Mitzvah Projects.
Attendee were able to meet face-to-face with representatives and understand the various projects each one offers.

The Connecticut Food Bank is the state’s non-profit leader in the fight against hunger and is the largest provider of charitable food donations, distributing food to nearly 700 critical, local grassroots programs
Areyvut helps Bnai Mitzvah celebrants and their families personalize Mitzvah Projects, and can even transform the actual party into a service experience for the family and their guests
Pajama Program provides new pajamas and new books to children in need. These children live in group homes, shelters and temporary housing facilities and are shuffled often from one place to another
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society: Our mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families
The mission of Pediatric Cancer Foundation is to fund treatment, research, patient/parent care and state of the art equipment in the field of pediatric cancer
Project Morry is a nationally recognized, youth development organization that empowers youth from at-risk economically challenged communities to envision a positive future
Yes She Can is dedicated to developing job skills for young women with autism through Girl AGain, a resale boutique for American Girl dolls located in White Plains, NY
Hadassah Bar Bat Mitzvah Projects connect students to the work of Hadassah through education and tzedakah

SCOPE’s mission is to provide children in need the edge to succeed in life through the summer camp experience
The mission of The Ronald McDonald House of Long Island is to give comfort and shelter to families experiencing the pain of having a sick child in local hospital facilities. A “home away from home,” the House provides the parents and sibling of these children with a temporary haven in a secure and comfortable environment among other families sharing a similar burden
The Max Cure Foundation is a pediatric cancer charity whose mission is to raise money for less toxic treatments for children and also to provide financial assistance to low income and military families with a child battling cancer. Dunk Your Kicks is national program to collect sneakers for a recycler who pays $1 per pair and the money is used to fund MCF programs
